The New Castle Girl’s Youth Softball League, NCGYSL, has been established for the purpose of providing a summer recreation program for girls 4 to 18 years old. The intent is to allow any girl, regardless of athletic or financial ability, the opportunity to participate. This League is intended to be instructional in nature and will declare such objective to all coaches, players and parents. All girls will be encouraged, and positive reinforcement from those who are in leadership positions will be expected.
